PHIL DOUGLAS MCCUIEN, an American educator in the Sino-U.S. cooperative education program, has served as a professional foreign instructor in architecture and construction engineering technology at our university since 2016.

Hailing from Northwestern Michigan College (U.S.), Mr. MCCUIEN brings extensive international teaching experience and industry expertise. During his tenure, he has demonstrated excellence in employing project-driven and case-based teaching methodologies, skillfully integrating U.S. curriculum concepts with the practical demands of China's vocational education system. He has also played an active role in developing and refining hands-on training modules.
