From November 20 to 24, a delegation of 11 teachers from the Rayong Technical College and Rayong Industrial College in Thailand visited YRCTI for an educational exchange program.
The delegation visited YRCTI’s Civil Engineering and Transportation Engineering and the School of Information Engineering, engaging in discussions with the deans and faculty members. They explored topics such as the construction of the Dayu School, implementation of the “Chinese + Vocational Skills” program, and issues related to studying in China, including student training, curriculum design, and mutual recognition of credits.

Subsequently, the delegation immersed themselves in the rich history and profound cultural heritage of Kaifeng. They studied Chinese, experiencing the charm of the language and the beauty of Chinese characters. Additionally, they put on Hanfu to traverse a millennium of splendor, dreaming back to the ancient city of Bianliang. Besides, they visited the “Yu Jian Song” cultural experience hall, where they engaged with woodblock New Year paintings and Kaifeng embroidery techniques, immersing themselves in the “Dongjing Dream” and appreciating the infinite allure of Central Plains culture.

The visit of the delegation from Rayong Technical College and Rayong Industrial College to YRCTI has not only fostered exchanges and enhanced friendship between the two institutions but also laid a solid foundation for the future construction of the Dayu School in Thailand.
