On September 1, the university leadership conducted classroom inspections across campus to ensure a strong start to the new semester. The leadership team observed classes firsthand, providing immediate guidance to faculty - a key initiative to maintain teaching excellence throughout the academic year.

All university leaders visited classrooms across multiple disciplines, focusing on lesson preparation, student engagement, attendance, and overall learning atmosphere. They gathered direct feedback from teachers and students on curriculum arrangements. During the inspections, the leadership team evaluated key aspects including course scheduling, resource allocation, and classroom facilities. Any identified issues were addressed immediately through on-site discussions and coordination—effectively implementing the principle of "improving through inspection, enhancing quality through evaluation."
The university conducted a comprehensive teaching inspection through a coordinated university-department approach, with leadership from senior administrators and participation from the academic affairs office, teaching supervision unit, and faculty deans. The inspection team carried out classroom visits, random checks, and teaching observations to thoroughly evaluate all teaching facilities including classrooms and laboratories. The results demonstrated a strong start to the new semester, with well-prepared teachers delivering engaging lessons in dynamic classroom environments, students attending punctually and participating actively in discussions, and all teaching facilities and support services functioning properly to ensure smooth teaching operations.
Teaching remains the core mission of the university. This semester, we will further strengthen academic management by refining our quality assurance system, encouraging faculty to adopt innovative teaching methods for greater classroom effectiveness, while continuing to upgrade teaching facilities to create an enhanced learning environment. Building on this initial inspection, the university will implement more rigorous standards and practical measures to elevate educational quality to new heights, ultimately supporting students' holistic development and academic success.
