On the morning of September 16, Xu Zijian, a second-level section chief from the Department of Cooperation and Exchange of the Department of Education of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and representatives Li Jie, Yang Conglin, and He Yu from the Silk Road North Border Vocational Education Alliance visited Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU). Vice President Zhu Huanli and the head of the Liaison and Cooperation Department warmly received the guests.

Subsequently, Ji Yao, Director of the Liaison and Cooperation Department, provided a detailed introduction to the establishment and outcomes of the Dayu School and Dahe Workshop, focusing on key aspects of the discussion. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as "vocational education going global," school-enterprise cooperation, talent cultivation, and quality assurance.
