On the afternoon of October 22, Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU) held an online international cooperation meeting with Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Indonesia. Attendees from UGM included Agus Maryono, Dean of the Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (SV UGM), and Endang Soelistiyowati, Deputy Director of International Affairs. From YRCTU, participants included Ji Yao, Director of Liaison and Cooperation Department, Li Mingya, Deputy Director, and other relevant officials.

Agus Maryono, representing SV UGM, highlighted the institution's recent achievements in Indonesia's vocational education sector, emphasizing its academic structure and specific collaboration intentions. He also reviewed the long-standing friendly cooperation between the two universities, noting joint initiatives such as Indonesian student training, faculty exchange programs, and academic lectures since 2013.

Ji Yao showcased YRCTU's recent milestones, including its transition to a university-level institution, improvements in talent cultivation quality, and the establishment of international exchange platforms. He particularly emphasized breakthroughs in internationalized education, stating that a decade of collaboration has laid a solid foundation of trust between the two institutions. He expressed hope for expanding cooperation into broader areas.

Moving forward, both parties will focus on the goal of "pragmatic cooperation and mutual benefit," engaging in multidimensional collaboration in areas such as cultural exchange and scientific research. The aim is to jointly cultivate more high-caliber talents with global competitiveness, contributing to China-Indonesia educational cooperation.
