MELKONYAN VARDAN has been working as a Russian language teacher at the YRCTU since 2024, primarily responsible for teaching Russian language courses.

Vardan is also proficient in Chinese and English. He has been teaching Russian as a foreign language since 2010 and has frequently participated in translation projects, accumulating rich experience in cross-cultural education and communication. He excels in tailoring instruction to meet students' individual needs, with a core focus on cultivating students' practical language application skills and cross-cultural communication competencies. His classes are relaxed and lively, integrating knowledge with fun. He generally employs interactive and situational teaching methods to help students efficiently absorb knowledge and enhance their skills in a pleasant atmosphere.
