XAYSY PHENGDALA, a graduate of our Hydropower Plant Operation and Management program from Laos, now works as an engineer at Nam Phay Hydropower Company in Laos. With strong language proficiency and technical expertise, he has excelled in his role, earning high recognition from local authorities and the company. Invited by the Chinese government, he attended the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. CCTV featured him in a special report titled "XAYSEE: A Young Lao Man Lighting Up Dreams."
