Marxism School comprises six teaching and research divisions, one Party and Administration Office, and four research centers. It currently has 51 full-time faculty members and approximately 20 part-time instructors. The faculty includes 8 professors, 19 associate professors, and 7 PhD holders. Among them are 2 Academic and Technical Leaders recognized by Education Department of Henan Province, 5 Outstanding Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Henan universities, 6 Henan Model Teachers, 2 Outstanding Teachers of Course Ideology and Politics awarded by the Ministry of Water Resources, 1 ‌Kaifeng Top Talent, 3 Kaifeng Municipal Outstanding Teachers, and 4 Social Science Experts of Kaifeng City.

Since 2021, faculty members of the School have earned prestigious teaching accolades including: 1 grand prize, 2 first prizes and 7 second prizes in provincial teaching competitions; multiple awards in the Ministry of Education's teaching demonstration events; 6 first prizes and 7 second prizes in Henan's educational system teaching skills contests; 3 second prizes in provincial-level incentive funds; as well as 1 grand prize, 2 first prizes and 5 second prizes in the province's "Golden Courses" recognition program.

Since 2022, faculty members at Marxism School have secured 7 research projects at or above the provincial/ministerial level, along with over 30 department-level projects including humanities and social sciences research grants from Education Department of Henan Province. Their achievements include winning 5 first prizes at or above the departmental level, publishing more than 40 articles in CSSCI-indexed journals, Peking University core journals, AMI journals, and theoretical sections of provincial newspapers, as well as authoring over 10 academic monographs.
