Continuing Education School is responsible for the university's correspondence degree programs, non-degree training programs, and vocational skill certification.
Its correspondence degree programs include diploma-level programs offered by Yellow River Conservancy Technical University, as well as bachelor's degree programs jointly conducted with North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, China University of Mining and Technology, and Hohai University. Currently, the university offers adult education programs across four diploma-level majors (Civil Engineering Inspection Technology, Big Data and Accounting, Marketing, and E-Commerce) and ten bachelor's degree majors (Civil Engineering, Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering, Surveying and Mapping Engineering, Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, and E-Commerce).
Non-degree Training Programs: As one of Henan Province's first government-funded vocational skills training and assessment providers, the university offers training programs across eight major categories: water conservancy, resource and environmental protection, civil engineering and construction, transportation, equipment manufacturing, electronics and information technology, tourism, and finance and commerce, encompassing a total of 106 specialized vocations.
Vocational Skill Certification: Approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as a nationally accredited vocational skills assessment body, the university is authorized to conduct professional certification for 54 occupational specialties, including embankment maintenance workers, engineering surveyors, building information modeling (BIM) technicians, and other technical professions.
In alignment with national strategic priorities, the university actively engages in non-degree education and training, with an annual average of over 40,000 participants.
