Finance and Accounting School comprises four teaching and research divisions: Big Data Accounting, Financial Management, Fiscal and Taxation Big Data, and Financial Planning. It offers seven specialized programs: Big Data and Accounting,  Big Data and Accounting (CPA track), Accounting Information Management, Big Data and Financial Management, Wealth Management, Fintech Applications, and Fiscal and Taxation Big Data Applications. The faculty consists of 47 members, including 15 professors and associate professors, 39 holding doctoral or master's degrees, and 8 certified professionals (CPAs, tax agents, asset appraisers, and senior financial planners). The School boasts 34 dual-qualified teachers, 2 Henan provincial outstanding teachers, 1 leading accounting talent in Henan Province, 1 academic and technological leader recognized by the Education Department of Henan Province, and 5 provincial young core faculty members. Additionally, 30 adjunct faculty members from enterprises and universities - including senior accountants, professors, and associate professors - contribute to the teaching staff.

The Big Data & Accounting program is a nationally recognized key discipline, a featured major of Henan Province, and a comprehensive reform pilot program of Henan Province, serving as a provincial vocational education demonstration program - featured specialty demonstration site. The program has developed 2 national-level online quality courses in vocational education, 2 provincial-level online quality courses in vocational education (Henan), and 1 provincial-level online quality course in continuing education (Henan). It also includes 2 provincial-level higher vocational online quality courses (Henan), 2 provincial-level quality resource-sharing courses (Henan), 1 Ministry of Education (MOE) quality course for economics in higher vocational education, and 12 university-level online quality courses. In terms of teaching materials, the program has produced 2 national-level planned textbooks in vocational education, 3 provincial-level planned textbooks in vocational education(Henan), and 1 provincial-level integrated textbook (Henan).

The School has established multiple on-campus training bases including the VBSE Comprehensive Training Center and ERP Sandbox Simulation Training Center, while also maintaining 31 off-campus training bases with prominent enterprises such as Seentao Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hengxin Education Technology Co., Ltd., and Ping An Group Shanghai Branch. Additionally, the School has undertaken two national-level corporate training programs for faculty development in accounting informationization and financial planning certification.
