Business and Management School has 76 faculty members, including 47 full-time teachers and 29 industry practitioners. Among them, 16 hold professor or associate professor titles, 2 have doctoral degrees, and over 80% possess master's degrees or higher. More than 90% are Dual-Qualified Teachers (combining academic and industry expertise). Several faculty members have been honored with titles such as "National Technical Expert," "Henan Model Teacher," "Henan Provincial Exemplary Vocational Skills Expert," and "Kaifeng Municipal Outstanding Teacher." The School offers five programs: E-Commerce, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Online Marketing and Live-Streaming Sales, Marketing, and Modern Logistics Management. It houses 13 on-campus training labs, including a Logistics Simulation Lab, Modern Logistics Training Lab, Cross-Border E-Commerce Lab, and UI Design Lab. Additionally, over 40 off-campus internship bases are established in Henan, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong, Xinjiang, and other regions.
The School adheres to market-oriented education, implementing diverse talent cultivation models including order-based education, apprenticeships, work-study integration, and cooperative programs, achieving seamless alignment between talent development, graduate employment, and societal needs. Faculty and students have excelled in various skills competitions, securing two national first prizes in the BRICS Skills Competition, two international silver medals, one second prize and three third prizes in the National Vocational College Skills Competition, along with six provincial first prizes, four second prizes, and two third prizes.
The School demonstrates outstanding international capabilities, having contributed to developing the "Chinese Language + Vocational Skills" teacher training curriculum and standards for Sino-Thai cooperation, and conducted e-commerce skills training at Thailand's Northwestern Technical and Business Administration College.
